5 fruits that will NOT help you lose weight

I know, soon it will be summer and most of us are already preparing for it. We might have already checked out gyms or exercises we can do at home and more.
However, it is not new to us that aside from exercising we also need to eat healthy foods to help us lose that fats easier and faster.
A typical person would say don’t eat beef, pork and eat only fruits and vegetables, but as we know that fruits and vegetables are all healthy some of it would not help us reach our goal 36-24-36.
So, in this blog, we will talk about 5 fruits that you should avoid if you want to lose weight.
1. Dry Fruits
These fruits have more calories because it has very few to none water content. These are raisins, prunes and such. However, if you’re a fan of these fruits I would not suggest to totally deprive yourself. Instead, you could have a few pieces only and limit your intake.
2. Grapes
This may be a small fruit but this will not help you lose. Don’t get me wrong this is a healthy fruit. However, this has sugar & fats that will not be suitable for a strict & healthy diet.
3. Avocado
Yes, this one has fats too though they are healthy fats it would still add up to your weight. So, if you’re on goal to reach a certain weight this is not a good option. But of course, you can still eat this in moderation.
4. Banana
This is a super healthy fruit but anything too much is bad. A banana has loaded with calories and has natural sugar on it too. We suggest 1 banana per day which is about 150 calories to intake.
5. Mango
Mango is also sweet and mostly all the tropical fruits like pineapple. Since they are naturally sweet they might have calories that would not help in weight loss. But of course, you can still eat some.
But hey! Don’t get me wrong, all of these fruits are definitely healthy and you shouldn’t fear to eat any of it. What’s we are trying to say is if you consume a lot of it, it may slow down your weight loss program and you might end up disappointed. We suggest to still enjoy these fruits in small amounts or in moderation.
I hope this helps!
